Divorce proceedings: we can handle divorce proceedings for you including dealing with Divorce papers you may have received or issuing a Divorce Petition on your behalf and dealing with all matters involved up to obtaining the Decree Absolute that finally dissolves the marriage.

Financial settlement: Whether you are married or not, when a relationship breaks down, if there are assets [for example a house, Life Assurance policies, savings and pensions] these may need to be apportioned/distributed or split between the parties and we can deal with these issues for you including Court proceedings where necessary. We can also deal with maintenance issues for you and dependant children where necessary.

Children: We can assist in dealing with disputes relating to access (or contact) between parents and children, disputes relating to who a child should reside with and Parental responsibility issues such as name change, trips abroad and schooling etc.

Injunctions: We can assist in obtaining or defending injunction proceedings which most frequently arise from attempts by one party to exclude the other from a shared home because of alleged threats or actual violence.

Our fees: fees would be based on an hourly rate agreed with you at the outset of the case and detailed to you in writing prior to us carrying out any work on your behalf.
