We'll act in buying and selling Freehold and Leasehold residential and investment properties (including shared ownership and Right to Buy properties), Transfers between existing owners {Transfers of Equity} Re-mortgaging or Mortgaging of property not already mortgaged.

and therefore if you are already mortgaged with one of the above, we could not agree to act in your sale or, if you anticipate borrowing for a purchase from one of the above, we could not agree to act in that purchase so please check this important point before approaching us.
